Accessibility Statement
Effective date: July 1, 2026 · Last updated: July 1, 2026
1. Our commitment
Broadcast Media Inc, doing business as EquityExpress.net, wants everyone to be able to read and use https://equityexpress.net, including people who rely on assistive technologies. Accessibility is part of how we build, not an afterthought — plain-language content is itself an accessibility practice, and it is the core of this site.
2. Standards we target
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. The Site is built as static, semantic HTML, which keeps it fast, predictable, and friendly to screen readers and other assistive technology.
3. Accessibility features on this Site
- Semantic landmarks and heading structure on every page, plus a “skip to main content” link;
- Text and background color combinations chosen for accessible contrast in both light and dark themes;
- A persistent light/dark theme toggle, with respect for reduced-motion preferences;
- Keyboard operability for all interactive elements — navigation, menus, forms, and the theme toggle — with visible focus indicators;
- Form fields with programmatically associated labels and clear required-field indications;
- Resizable text that reflows without loss of content at 200% zoom;
- Descriptive link text and page titles, and alternative text for meaningful images (decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology);
- No auto-playing media, flashing content, or time-limited interactions.
4. Known limitations
Third-party services we rely on — such as our form submission processor — are outside our direct control, and their behavior may vary with assistive technologies. If any third-party component blocks you, contact us and we will provide the same capability by email or phone.
5. Alternative access
Every action available on this Site — asking a question, requesting a consultation, joining or leaving the text program, exercising privacy rights — can also be done by email at help@equityexpress.net or by phone at 1-877-634-4111.
6. Feedback and reporting barriers
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on any page, please tell us: email help@equityexpress.net with the page address and a description of the problem, call 1-877-634-4111, or write to Broadcast Media Inc d/b/a EquityExpress.net, 1712 Pioneer Ave., Ste 500, Cheyenne, WY 82001, USA. We take reports seriously and aim to respond within a few business days and to remediate confirmed issues promptly.
7. Continuous improvement
We review the Site against WCAG criteria as we add content and features, using both automated checks and manual testing (keyboard-only navigation, zoom, and screen reader spot checks). This statement is reviewed and updated as our practices evolve.
